Job summary

A construction firm located in Quezon City is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in HVAC and mechanical works. Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in construction / HVAC / MEPF projects.
• Strong background in quantity surveying and cost estimation (mechanical works).
• Experience in HVAC systems (VRF, ventilation, ducting, piping).

Responsibilities

• Analyze mechanical drawings and project specifications.
• Prepare accurate and organized cost estimates and proposals.
• Perform quantity take-offs for mechanical/HVAC works.
• Request quotations from suppliers and evaluate costs.
• Review previous project data for cost comparison and benchmarking.
• Coordinate with clients regarding scope changes.
• Review and validate project cost estimates prior to submission.
