Job summary

Sound Decisions is seeking a knowledgeable Product Trainer to deliver technical training on HVAC products to internal teams, distributors, and customers. You will create engaging sessions, demonstrations, and training materials to ensure clear understanding and adoption.

The role requires strong communication, solid HVAC knowledge, and the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HVAC, technical training, field service or related technical role.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience delivering technical training or presentations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual training platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person and virtual product training sessions for employees, distributors, contractors, and customers.
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations covering product installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding and product certification programs.
• Assess training effectiveness through participant feedback and evaluations.
• Coordinate training schedules, maintain attendance and credential records, and prepare training reports.
