Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or senior high school graduate.
• Sales, retail, or product promotion experience is an advantage.
• Experience in air conditioning, appliances, electronics, or related products preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn technical product features and specs.
• Presentable and professional when dealing with customers.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and air purification products
• Assist customers in identifying products that meet their needs
• Explain product features, specifications, benefits, and proper usage
• Answer customer inquiries and provide product recommendations
• Maintain an organized and attractive product display
• Monitor product availability and coordinate with store personnel
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships
• Represent the brand professionally at all times
• Prepare basic sales and activity reports when required
