Job summary

UNI-TECH Philippines Industrial Machinery Inc. is seeking a Marketing professional to build brand awareness, craft marketing strategies, and drive sales through coordinated campaigns in the HVAC sector.

You will lead a team, coordinate across departments, and analyze market trends to inform product and pricing decisions. The role requires a degree in a relevant field, 2–3 years of experience, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, results-driven and detail-oriented with strong ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented, with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Proven working experience in events management and promotions.
• Chinese/Fukien speaking skills is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build brand awareness and positioning.
• Coordinate with Sales on marketing strategy and campaigns to boost sales.
• Forecast budgets and conduct business reviews.
• Develop Marketing Strategies and Products.
• Organize promotional events and coordinate staffing for day-of deliveries.
• Lead and train a Marketing team and associates.
• Review current campaigns for weaknesses and adjust within budget.
• Analyze website metrics and promotions to drive sales.
• Identify new markets and plan market entry.
• Collaborate with product development and buying teams to estimate demand.
• Generate new advertising ideas with senior management.
• Interact with customers regarding contracts and provide contracts.
• Study HVAC market trends and potential.
• Set pricing, conduct surveys, and estimate sales.
• Analyze product cost data.
• Execute campaigns across online and print channels.
• Manage lead generation campaigns and measure results.
• Maintain internal communications about marketing objectives.
• Coordinate with design agencies for launches and events.
• Evaluate partnerships for marketing impact.
• Research market trends and competition for strategy.
• Identify new customers and coordinate with sales on prospects.
• Communicate with media buyers, ad agencies, printers, and services for campaigns.
