Job summary

IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is seeking an installation support professional to assemble complete installation job packets, order materials, stage equipment, and coordinate with Install Managers and Sales Teams to keep projects on track.

The role also includes creating invoices and project documentation in ServiceTitan, maintaining proactive communication with customers and internal teams, and addressing scheduling or permitting challenges to ensure a timely, professional customer

Qualifications

3+ years of HVAC industry experience preferred.
Understanding of residential HVAC systems and installation processes.
Knowledge of HVAC equipment, thermostats, IAQ products, and duct systems.
Familiarity with local permitting requirements and mechanical codes.
Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of accountability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Creating invoices, job costing, and project documentation within ServiceTitan.
Maintaining proactive communication with customers and internal teams.
Identifying and resolving scheduling, permitting, or material challenges before they impact the customer experience.
Supporting installation teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally.
Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities.
