Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking an HVAC Technician in General Trias, Cavite, Philippines to maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems. You will perform proactive testing and scheduled maintenance on facilities.

The role is part of the Engineering/Maintenance function, requiring 1-2 years of related experience and a valid driver’s license. The position entails adhering to safety and code requirements while delivering reliable HVAC performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Good communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building HVAC and refrigeration.
• Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with codes.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best course of action for modifications.
• Follow existing procedures to solve straightforward problems under supervision.
