Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a maintenance and repair technician for duties including general and preventative maintenance, HVAC upkeep, and coordination with contractors at the Fort Bonifacio Global City site in Taguig.

The role requires 1 year of relevant experience, basic carpentry and plumbing skills, and the ability to respond to emergency calls. It offers full-time, permanent employment with generous employee benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience as a maintenance and repair technician.
Can do basic carpentry repairs & paint retouch work, basic plumbing repair works
Can respond to site emergency calls on out of office hours
With good employment record
Amenable to work in Mabini St., between McKinley Parkway & C5 Road, Fort Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Metro Manila

Responsibilities

Performs general and preventative maintenance as requested and ensures completion of all work in a timely fashion.
Perform maintenance that include such items as: general cleanliness of windows; doors/exterior building, plumbing, lighting, moving furniture, maintaining facility grounds, HVAC maintenance
Coordinates major work with contractors such as air conditioning, heating, roofing, electrical, lighting and plumbing.
Performs annual inspections and preventative maintenance inspection, including filter changes on HVAC or AC units.
