Job summary

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Jobber or a similar field service management platform (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro)
Track record in billing, invoicing, or admin support for a field service or home services business
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and follow-ups
Experience running trackers or task lists in tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, or a task manager
Proactive mindset with a knack for spotting what needs to be done and acting on it
Strong written communication skills, especially by email

Responsibilities

Wrap up completed jobs in Jobber and keep every job record correct and current
Find finished work that is still unbilled, then prepare and send those invoices promptly
Work down the existing backlog of open and unbilled jobs until the system is completely current
Run a task and deadline tracker for quotes due, upcoming jobs, and non-urgent follow-ups
Give the owner well-timed reminders so deadlines and follow-ups are never missed
Liaise with the bookkeeper as needed so invoicing records stay clean and consistent
Support job scheduling and quote preparation as the role grows
Call out issues, gaps, or inconsistencies in job records and propose fixes that keep billing on track
