Job summary

Tavor Perry is seeking a highly organized HVAC Billing Coordinator to support the owner and keep the back office running smoothly while technicians are in the field. You will manage job records in Jobber, ensure every completed job is invoiced, and stay on top of quotes, upcoming jobs, and follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks.

The ideal candidate has field service admin experience, knows Jobber well, and takes initiative without waiting to be told.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Jobber or similar field service management platform.
• Billing, invoicing, or admin support for field service or home services business.

Responsibilities

• Close out completed jobs in Jobber and keep all records accurate.
• Identify finished work not invoiced and send invoices promptly.
• Clear backlog of open/unbilled jobs and keep system up to date.
• Maintain a task/deadline tracker for quotes, upcoming jobs, follow-ups.
• Send owner timely reminders to avoid missed deadlines.
• Coordinate with bookkeeper to keep invoicing records clean.
• Support job scheduling and quote preparation as role develops.
• Flag issues in job records and propose improvements to billing workflow.
