Job summary

Copeland in Metro Manila is seeking a motivated Project Engineer/Coordinator to support pre-sales, quoting, and project execution.

You will collaborate with Sales and field teams, assist in documentation and process improvements, and provide technical input to customer inquiries. Night shift options (9pm-6am or 8pm-5am) with a hybrid setup and on-site thrice a week; Electronics/Mechanical background preferred; 1-2 years experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in project engineering, project management, or process improvement like automation.
• Preferably Electronics or Mechanical Engineering graduate.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with Sales team and senior project engineers to understand and quantify customer requirements.
• Research and Quoting: Research options and request quotes for outsourced components or custom products.
• Project Execution Support: Provide technical support during pilot implementation and evaluation.
• Documentation and Process Improvement: Develop and maintain Project Services forms and documents.
• Customer and Sales Support: Answer basic internal and external technical questions.
• Documentation: Maintain and update existing documentation.
• Additional Functions: Log activities and support administrative tasks.
