SPICY CHEF SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Kitchen Assistant/Service Staff for our Hunan cuisine operation in Pasir Ris, Singapore. You will assist in food preparation, cooking, and service while helping maintain kitchen cleanliness and managing simple cashier tasks.

This full‑time role offers 12‑hour shifts, meal provisions, and a schedule with four rest days per month. Training and development opportunities are available to help you grow in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Qualificações

• Experience in Chinese or Hunan cuisine.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts with meal breaks.
• Flexible, responsible and reliable.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare ingredients by cutting and measuring to support cooking.
• Assist in cooking Hunan dishes following recipes and quality standards.
• Support food service by delivering dishes and assisting customers as needed.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene in work areas and equipment.
• Provide backup cashier support during busy periods.
