Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in administration, travel industry, tourism, or similar field.
• Very good command of written and spoken English.
• Computer proficiency and ability to run specific software.

Responsibilities

• Meet staff and guests on arrival and arrange suitable accommodation.
• Interact with authorities regarding certificates, visas, and permits.
• Conduct random safety checks on accommodation and escalate issues.
• Organize staff travel by the most cost-effective means, including airport transfers.
• Coordinate staff travel communications between offices and headquarters.
• Maintain staff and mission databases with up-to-date information.
• Prepare welcome files, briefing programs, and tours for new arrivals.
• Coordinate welcome activities with involved parties.
