Job summary

ZC New Horizon Distribution Corp is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the talent strategy from Kasanyangan, Zamboanga City. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and employee relations to attract and retain top talent in a dynamic distribution environment.

This full-time role requires building strong partnerships with leaders and guiding HR initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior HR management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies and initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
• In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and best HR practices.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in HR technology and data analytics to drive evidence-based decision making.
