Q2 HR Solutions is seeking a seasoned Human Resource Manager to lead and shape our HR function. This newly created role reports to senior leadership and will manage a small HR team, balancing strategic design with hands-on execution.

You'll drive recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, training, and culture initiatives while embedding structured business practices across operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HR, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong HR generalist background (recruitment, employee relations, admin, comp & ben).
• Experience in training & development (designing or delivering programs).
• Resilient and confident in handling conflict.
• Comfortable working in a lean team, managing multiple priorities independently.
• Thrives in an environment of change and structure-building.
• Long-term mindset valuing stability and growth.

Work Setup

• Schedule: Monday toSaturday, 8:30 AM 6:00 PM
• Locations: Cavite, Cubao, Valenzuela (rotation based on operations)
