Zenith Foods Corporation is seeking an HR Business Partner (Specialist) to drive employee engagement and HR programs for designated accounts in Canlubang, Laguna. The role oversees employee relations, labor law training, and Code of Conduct adherence across line managers.

With 2+ years in HRBP, you will lead recruitment, workforce planning, and training records maintenance to support development initiatives within a food manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a food manufacturing setting.
• Well-versed in employee engagement, employee relations, labor relations, talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, and project management.
• Solid knowledge of labor laws, job evaluation systems, and job analysis frameworks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna.

Key Responsibilities

• Represents the organization in government-initiated learning programs focused on labor laws and supports their application in the workplace.
• Provides expert guidance to line managers to ensure fair and consistent implementation of the company’s Code of Conduct, particularly for cases within their area of responsibility.
• Develops, proposes, and manages HR programs, ensuring efficient use of allocated budgets.
• Oversees workforce planning by ensuring the preparation and completion of necessary documentation.
• Facilitates developing and reviewing job competency matrices, ensuring documentation is thorough and accurate.
• Leads the recruitment process, from conducting interviews to ensuring timely hiring for key positions.
• Maintains, organizes, and verifies the accuracy of training records and related documentation to support employee development programs.

Job Qualifications
