Job summary

Infosys BPM Philippines is seeking an HR Business Partner to support deployment of HR processes, ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance, and prepare dashboards and analytics under the guidance of the Manager.

You will participate in knowledge sharing and branding initiatives to deliver the highest levels of service to internal customers. The role requires a 3–5 year BPO HR supervision experience and an onsite arrangement in Alabang with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a college degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent.
• Good communication skills.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience as an HR supervisor or team lead in a BPO environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
• Policy formulation including process, guideline definition, research, benchmarking and advisory/HR solutions.
• Provide HR policy guidance and work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
• HR analytics/metrics/reporting and knowledge management/hr capability building.
• Vendor relationship management and employer branding and positioning.
• Function-specific initiatives, audits and compliance.
