Job summary

Infosys BPM is seeking an HR Business Partner to support HR processes, dashboards, analytics and benchmarking for internal customers in a high-volume BPO environment. You will collaborate with management to improve work relationships, morale and retention, while ensuring SLA and compliance adherence.

The role requires 3–5 years in HR supervision or team lead roles and onsite work in Alabang on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a college degree preferably in Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience as an HR supervisor or team lead in a BPO environment is preferred.
• Applicants must be willing to work onsite in Alabang on a rotational/shifting schedule.

• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
• Policy Formulation (includes process, guideline definition, Research, Benchmarking and Advisory/HR solutions.
• Provide HR policy guidance and work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
• HR Analytics/Metrics/Reporting and Knowledge Management/HR Capability Building.
• Vendor Relationship Management and Employer Branding and Positioning.
• Function-specific initiatives, audits and compliance.
