Brown & Burk Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function. The successful candidate will drive the company's people agenda by overseeing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws, strengthening employee engagement, and partnering with management to build a high-performing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, and employee offboarding.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with the company's objectives.
- Lead manpower planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee retention initiatives.
- Partner with department heads and management to support organizational development and effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Design and oversee performance management, employee engagement, and learning and development programs.
- Manage compensation structures, employee benefits, and HR budget recommendations.
- Ensure full compliance with the Philippine Labor Code, statutory regulations, and government reporting requirements.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary cases, grievance resolution, and policy implementation.
- Prepare HR reports, manpower analytics, and recommendations for Management.
- Perform other HR and administrative responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Registered Psychometrician (RPm) or other relevant HR professional certification is preferred.
- At least 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including 4 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated experience across the full HR spectrum, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, organizational development, and training.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with HR systems is an advantage.
- Highly organized, analytical, trustworthy, and able to work independently with a high level of professionalism.
