Baguio Burnham Suites is seeking an HR Head to oversee broad human resource management, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies, and supporting a high-performing workplace.

The role covers HR activities across the employee lifecycle, policy guidance, recruitment support, onboarding, records, performance management, and employee relations to sustain a professional and ethical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, or related field.
• At least two years of HR Generalist experience.
• Hospitality-oriented mindset with ability to multitask.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Solid understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.
• Supervisory or management experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support day-to-day human resource activities across the employee lifecycle.

• Provide guidance on HR policies, employment regulations, and fundamental human resource management principles.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, performance management, and employee relations activities.

• Help ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and employment regulations.

• Coordinate multiple HR tasks and responsibilities while meeting deadlines and maintaining accurate documentation.

• Handle employee concerns professionally and escalating complex matters when appropriate.

• Support the supervision and development of personnel and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.

• At least two years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist is preferred.

• Strong hospitality-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and perform duties with minimal supervision.

• Good understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and fundamental human resource management principles.

• Supervisory or management experience, or the ability to lead and oversee personnel, is an advantage.
