Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner Supervisor to work with business leaders in Nueva Ecija to implement HR strategies and align HR practices with organizational goals.

You will handle employee relations, manage performance processes, identify training needs, and ensure compliance with labor laws while supporting organizational development and change initiatives. This role is based in Nueva Ecija Central Luzon and emphasizes engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3–4 years in HR Generalist or Labor Relations.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Strategic thinking with ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligning with organizational goals.

Who Are We Looking For

As a Human Resource Business Partner Supervisor| Mexico, Pampanga , you are expected to work closely with business leaders and managers to develop and implement HR strategies that support the achievement of organizational goals and objectives. Act as a liaison between the HR department and various business units, ensuring alignment in HR practices and initiatives.

Collaborate with mid-management to understand the organization's long-term objectives and develop HR strategies that align with these goals.

Handle complex employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance to people on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement.

Support people in performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and addressing performance issues.

Identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate workshops to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements.

Collaborate on organizational development initiatives, including restructuring, change management, and succession planning.

Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3 – 4 experiences as a Generalist or more in the Labor Relations facet.

Experience in the Retail Industry or Fast-Moving Consumer Good Industry is a plus.

In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.

Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives.

Excellent project management skills.

Strong ethical and confidential handling of sensitive HR information.

Willing to be assigned in: Nueva Ecija Central Luzon
