Job summary

Moom Health, a company focused on expert-backed, thoughtfully formulated supplements for the modern Asian woman, is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement in a fast-growing environment.

You will manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain records, and coordinate HR policies across departments and locations. Collaboration with finance and cross-country teams is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of HR experience in a startup or fast-growth environment.
• Working knowledge of statutory compliances
• Organised, discreet, and people-oriented
• Comfortable using different HRMS tools and Google Workspace
• A generalist mindset - you're happy to roll up your sleeves on tasks outside your formal scope

• Support end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interview coordination, offer letters.
• Maintain onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system setup; keep employee records accurate.
• Support payroll preparation in coordination with the finance team by tracking attendance, leaves, salary changes and exits.
• Assist finance team with compliance requirements under different country labour laws.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and team communications; be the first point of contact for day-to-day queries.

What You'll Do

• Support end-to-end recruitment : job postings , screening , interview coordination , offer letters Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system setup Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy
• Support payroll preparation in coordination with the finance team by tracking attendance & leaves, salary changes and exits of employees
• Assist finance team with compliance requirements under different countries labour laws Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and team communications
• Be the first point of contact for day-to-day employee queries
• Develop, standardise and continuously improve HR policies for departments and countries Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards relating to headcount , attrition , leave , onboarding and other HR operational metrics .

What We're Looking For
