Job description

The HR Analyst serves as the dedicated Human Resources partner for MHI and is responsible for deliveringend-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle. The role acts as the primary HR point of contact foretemployees and business leaders, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, programs, andinitiatives. Working closely with the HR Manager, the HR Analyst provides support in talent acquisition,employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, HRadministration, and organizational development while ensuring compliance with company policies and laborregulations

Responsibilities:
  • Delivering timely and quality HR services to MHI
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company regulations.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Graduate ofPsychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral
    Science, Business Administration, or any related field.

  • Experience handling multiple HR disciplines,
    including recruitment, employee relations,
    performance management, employee engagement,
    and HR administration
  • Experience supporting employee engagement business units or operating
    companies is highly preferred.
