Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a HubSpot Specialist to manage day-to-day HubSpot administration for Marketing, Sales, and Service hubs in a hybrid, day-shift role. You will design complex automation, lead scoring, and lifecycle workflows while ensuring data quality and governance across CRM objects and pipelines.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on HubSpot experience, familiar with Marketing and Sales Hubs, and a strong track record in reporting dashboards and integrations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on HubSpot administration in a B2B environment.
• Expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
• Proven track record building complex workflows, lead routing logic, and pipeline automation.
• Strong background in CRM data management, database hygiene, imports, deduplication, and data governance.

• Administer and optimize HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
• Build and maintain complex automation, lead scoring, lifecycle management, and workflows.
• Manage CRM properties, pipelines, forms, campaigns, and user permissions.
• Enforce CRM data quality, deduplication, enrichment, and governance standards.
• Design and maintain custom HubSpot dashboards and reports covering marketing, sales, and revenue pipeline.
• Troubleshoot HubSpot integrations, data synchronization issues, and provide end-user training.

Your Role

As a HubSpot Specialist, you will:

• Own the day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
• Build, optimize, and maintain complex automation, lead routing, lead scoring, lifecycle management, and customer engagement workflows.
• Manage CRM properties, custom objects, pipelines, lists, forms, campaigns, and user permissions to support marketing and sales operations.
• Enforce CRM data quality, database hygiene, deduplication, enrichment, and governance standards across contacts, companies, and deals.
• Design and maintain custom HubSpot dashboards and reports covering lead generation, funnel conversion, attribution, and revenue pipeline.
• Troubleshoot HubSpot integrations, data synchronization issues, and workflow errors while providing technical support and training to end-users.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience administering HubSpot in a B2B environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
• Proven track record building complex workflows, lead routing logic, lead scoring, and pipeline automation.
• Strong background in CRM data management, database hygiene, imports, deduplication, and data governance.
• Hands-on experience building custom reporting dashboards for marketing, sales, and revenue performance.
• Experience troubleshooting platform integrations and data synchronization errors.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Official HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and/or HubSpot Administration).
• Experience working with HubSpot Operations Hub.
• Background working in B2B marketing, professional services, technology, or offshore outsourcing environments.
