MicroSourcing in Metro Manila seeks a Web & HubSpot CMS Developer to build and optimize HubSpot web assets and marketing automation components. You will own HubSpot web properties, ensure performance, and support lead generation campaigns.

The role combines front-end development with HubSpot administration to deliver scalable digital experiences, with a focus on speed, accessibility, and conversion optimization. Hybrid dayshift work is offered.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS Hub and Marketing Hub.
• Proven ability to build and maintain HubSpot websites, landing pages, forms, templates, and modules.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and HubL.
• Experience with HubSpot Design Manager, HubDB, responsive web development, and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize websites and landing pages within HubSpot CMS.
• Build and manage HubSpot forms with accurate lead capture and data integration.
• Create, customize, and maintain HubSpot templates, themes, modules, and reusable components.
• Develop responsive pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HubL and Design Manager.
• Support HubSpot workflows, automation, and lead routing configurations.
• Ensure performance, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and UX quality.
• Monitor site speed, Core Web Vitals and optimization efforts.
• Implement metadata, redirects, URL structures and schema markup for SEO.
• Perform website updates, bug fixes, and ongoing maintenance.
• Conduct QA testing across devices, browsers, and platforms prior to deployment.
• Support campaigns by building landing pages and conversion assets.
• Troubleshoot issues related to websites, forms, workflows, and integrations.

Your Role

The Web & HubSpot CMS Developer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing MicroSourcing's web properties, landing pages, forms, and marketing automation assets within the HubSpot ecosystem. This role combines front-end web development expertise with HubSpot platform administration to support lead generation, digital marketing campaigns, website performance, and conversion optimization initiatives.

The role serves as the technical owner of HubSpot web assets and marketing conversion infrastructure, ensuring all digital experiences are functional, scalable, optimized for performance, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize websites, landing pages, and digital experiences within HubSpot CMS.
• Build and manage HubSpot forms, ensuring accurate lead capture, data collection, and integration with marketing and sales processes.
• Create, customize, and maintain HubSpot templates, themes, modules, and reusable web components.
• Develop responsive web pages and landing pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HubL, and HubSpot Design Manager.
• Support the setup, testing, and maintenance of HubSpot workflows, automation processes, and lead routing mechanisms.
• Ensure all web properties are optimized for performance, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and user experience.
• Monitor and improve website speed, page load performance and Core Web Vitals compliance.
• Implement and maintain technical SEO best practices, including metadata, schema markup, redirects, URL structure, and site architecture.
• Perform website updates, enhancements, bug fixes, and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Conduct quality assurance testing across devices, browsers, and platforms prior to deployment.
• Support marketing campaigns by developing and maintaining landing pages, conversion assets and lead generation infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to websites, forms, landing pages, workflows and integrations.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to support digital marketing initiatives and business objectives.
• Maintain documentation, development standards, and best practices for HubSpot and website development activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve website functionality, conversion performance, user experience, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in web development, HubSpot development, marketing technology, or a related digital marketing role.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with HubSpot CMS Hub and Marketing Hub.
• Proven experience building and maintaining websites, landing pages, forms, templates, custom modules, and themes within HubSpot.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubL (HubSpot Markup Language).
• Experience working with HubDB, HubSpot Design Manager, and responsive web development best practices.
• Familiarity with APIs, third‑party integrations, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.
• Experience troubleshooting website, form, workflow, and integration‑related issues in a fast‑paced marketing environment.
• HubSpot certifications (CMS for Developers, CMS Hub, Marketing Hub, or related certifications) are a plus
