Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a CRM Specialist to manage HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. You will administer properties, pipelines, and workflows; build automations for lead management and campaigns; and ensure data hygiene and governance.

You will create dashboards, support integrations, and provide training to cross-functional teams. Hybrid work setup in Eastwood Libis QC with day shifts offers competitive rewards and career growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years administering HubSpot in a B2B environment.
• Expertise configuring HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
• Proven track record building complex workflows, lead routing, and lead scoring.
• Strong CRM data architecture, hygiene, imports, deduplication, and governance.
• Proven ability to build analytics dashboards for marketing, sales, and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Administer CRM properties, custom objects, pipelines, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, routing rules, workflows, users, and security permissions.
• Build and optimize complex automation supporting lead management, marketing campaigns, sales handoffs, and customer engagement.
• Maintain CRM data quality, integrity, and hygiene through routine data audits, deduplication, enrichment, and governance standards.
• Build and maintain custom dashboards and reports tracking lead generation, funnel conversion, attribution, pipeline health, and revenue contribution.
• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot CRM integrations, data synchronization issues, and system workflow errors.
• Serve as the primary CRM Subject Matter Expert, delivering technical user support, system documentation, and training to cross-functional teams.

Your Role

As a CRM Specialist, you will manage the day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience administering HubSpot in a B2B environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in configuring HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
• Proven track record of building complex workflows, lead routing, lead scoring, and automated CRM processes.
• Strong experience in CRM data architecture, database hygiene, imports, deduplication, and governance.
• Demonstrated ability to build custom analytics dashboards covering marketing, sales pipeline, and revenue performance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with experience resolving third-party integration and data sync errors.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Official HubSpot Certifications (e.g., Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or HubSpot Administrator).
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot Operations Hub.
• Experience working within B2B marketing, technology, professional services, or outsourcing environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical CRM solutions.
