Job summary

Amenitiz is seeking an experienced CRM Architect to own the CRM data model, automation, and integrations across Sales, Customer Success and GTM. You will design AI-powered workflows, ensure data accuracy, and partner with multiple teams to keep the funnel efficient end-to-end.

Lead governance, lead scoring, routing, and cross-geography data standards while continuously improving the CRM as a single source of truth across four markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in CRM Administration, RevOps or Marketing Ops in SaaS or high-growth tech.
• Deep HubSpot knowledge: workflows, custom objects, automations, integrations.
• API literacy and ability to read docs and design integration flows.
• Comfort with automation platforms and light scripting for edge cases.
• SQL for reporting and data troubleshooting; experience with ARR metrics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM architecture and governance in HubSpot for scalable data and permissions.
• Manage API integrations connecting HubSpot to the GTM stack and data flows.
• Design automation, including AI-powered workflows, to reduce manual tasks.
• Build lead scoring and routing logic for high-probability prospects.
• Team with Sales, Customer Success and Data to optimize end-to-end GTM workflows.
• Document playbooks and build dashboards on CRM data quality and automation.
• Support segmentation and routing improvements across markets.
