Emapta is seeking a Marketing Assistant to convert approved strategies into HubSpot assets, manage analytics, and deliver reliable performance reports for clients. The role supports a leading digital marketing agency with international exposure and a path to growth within a global team.

The position offers a permanent WFH setup, day shift, and opportunities for ongoing upskilling through Emapta Academy. 1-2 years of HubSpot experience is preferred, with strong attention to detail and reliability.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (email, social, blog, CMS).
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple client deadlines.
• Ability to analyze data and turn it into reports.

Responsibilities

• Create and format HubSpot assets using provided copy (social posts, emails, blogs, web pages).
• Access multiple client HubSpot portals to gather performance data and metrics.
• Compile performance reports for the Account Management team.
• Review assets for formatting, spelling, and link accuracy before publication.
• Manage workflows across a portfolio of clients to meet deadlines.
