Job summary

Virtual Staffing Solutions in Tacloban or General Santos, Philippines, is hiring an Email Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes HubSpot. You will own the end-to-end build, QA, and deployment of marketing emails inside HubSpot—from drag-and-drop campaigns to custom HTML templates.

You will partner with designers, copywriters, and lifecycle marketers to turn briefs into pixel-perfect, high-performing emails that drive measurable engagement and pipeline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and deploying emails in HubSpot Marketing Hub.
• Proficiency with HubSpot drag-and-drop editor, modules, and HubL.
• HTML/CSS for email, including table-based layouts and inline styles.
• Experience rendering emails across Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, mobile.
• Familiarity with HubSpot workflows, lists, lifecycle stages, and contacts.
• Strong QA process and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Email Build & Production in HubSpot using drag-and-drop and HTML templates.
• Develop modular email templates for scale across campaigns.
• Implement personalization tokens, smart content, and dynamic modules.
• Ensure emails render correctly across major clients (Litmus/EA).
• Set up and QA campaigns, nurture sequences, and automated workflows.
• Monitor performance and run A/B tests on subject lines and send times.
• Report on email performance and attribution using HubSpot dashboards.
