Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations, including parcel inbounding and sorting.
• Monitor hub performance and ensure efficient achievement of Hub KPIs.
• Create, review, and validate Hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support team with escalated customer issues.
• Implement process improvements to enhance hub productivity.
