The role focuses on supervising Assistant Station Heads/Officers, optimizing rider management, and upholding Ninja Van SOPs across routes and activities. A background in logistics and startup environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in the supply chain/logistics industry.
• Experience working cross-functionally and driving multi-department initiatives.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

Responsibilities

• Assist Area Manager with operational and administrative tasks (inventory, rider and route management, COD handling).
• Manage day-to-day hub operations.
• Monitor rider performance and provide training to ensure SOP compliance.
• Ensure hub financial soundness through rider liquidation assessment and productivity management.
• Conduct hub analysis and offer concrete feedback and solutions for improvement.
• Ensure accurate scanning and updating of parcels in the logistics system.
• Support staffing during extended or weekend operations.
