Responsabilités

• Manage hub operations and the admissions process for families.
• Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders related to the Hub.
• Supervise onsite work of Services Officer and Maintenance Personnel.
• Assist customers with inquiries about services and admissions.
• Implement compliance with operating procedures.
• Manage petty cash for the Hub.
• Oversee service requests and supplies for the Hub.
• Assist with procurement and permit processing.
• Ensure timely payment requests and settlements.
• Organize and drive enrichment activities such as classes and workshops.
• Coordinate with Regional Office stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
