Job summary

AnchorEd is seeking a Hub Operations Coordinator for the Quezon City hub. You will oversee facility management, admissions, and community engagement to ensure a high-quality student and family experience.

As the operational backbone, you will supervise the services team, manage procurement, coordinate events, and report to the Head of Hub Operations to drive continuous improvement across the hub.

Qualifications

• Facilities oversight and inventory management for the Hub
• Admissions management and customer experience improvements
• Plan and execute enrichment events and community programs

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility services, assets, and inventory to ensure a fully functional Hub.
• Maintain SOP compliance and governance for operations.
• Manage operational petty cash and hub payments.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate procurement.
• Handle inquiries and manage end-to-end admissions.
• Monitor CSAT and resolve customer or operational issues.
• Organize enrichment activities, events, and collaborate with Learn Team.
• Prepare reports to Head of Hub Operations and coordinate space/utilization.
