Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a Hub Operations Specialist to support day-to-day hub activities across first and last mile, inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels and inventory control.

You will monitor hub performance, drive KPI attainment, prepare and validate hub reports, and assist Customer Support with escalations. The role requires leadership, payments processing experience, and flexibility to work shifts across designated clusters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in logistics, warehouse or distribution.
• Leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Willingness to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster and to work shifts.

Responsibilities

Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree Holder

At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.

Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment

Experience in payments processing or similar function

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster

Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules

Must have a continuous learning mindset; able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations
