Megawide Construction Corporation in the Philippines seeks an experienced HSSE Manager to lead Health, Safety, Security & Environment across our construction projects. You will drive a safety‑first culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement ISO 45001/14001 while mentoring site teams.
Bachelor’s in engineering or safety with 8–12 years HSSE experience in construction; 3–5 years in supervision; strong knowledge of RA 11058/DOLE rules. NEBOSH/IOSH is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or a related technical field
Licensed Engineer is an advantage
Relevant DOLE OSH / Safety Officer training and accreditation
8–12 years of progressive HSSE experience in construction, engineering, or infrastructure
At least 3–5 years of supervisory or managerial experience
Strong knowledge of Philippine OSH regulations, including RA 11058, its IRR, and DOLE D.O. 13
Experience implementing ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems
NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent international safety certification is an advantage

Construction risk assessment, JHA/JSA, and hazard control

Emergency preparedness and response

Security and contractor safety management
HSSE inspections, audits, reporting, and analytics
Drive a strong safety‑first culture across project sites
Influence Project Managers, Construction Managers, engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and workers
Anticipate and proactively manage critical construction risks
Challenge unsafe practices and stop unsafe work when necessary
Coach project teams and build ownership and accountability for HSSE
Communicate risks, trends, and recommendations effectively to management and clients
