Job summary

University of St. La Salle in Biñan, Laguna, seeks a safety-focused professional to promote health and safety compliance on project sites for a leading sustainable real estate developer.

You will oversee site activities, develop and update COSH programs, maintain incident data, and implement preventative safety measures to align with government regulations and company policies, including fire safety training.

Qualifications

• Construction background with OSH experience in high-rise projects.
• COSH Training completed.
• 48 hours advanced/specialized training (LCM, SPA, TOT, IH, Fire Safety).
• Minimum 2 years OSH experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Willing to be assigned in Binan, Laguna.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred.

• COSH Training

• Minimum 2 years experience in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to be assigned in Binan, Laguna
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Accredited DOLE OSH Practitioner is an advantage but not required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering
