Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of HSSE management experience in similar environments.
• International and regional HSSE certifications.
• ISO 14001 and 45001 exposure is advantageous.
• DOLE recognition is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement client-specific HSSE framework policies and SOPs for all managed sites.
• Align HSSE deliverables with client policies across city/state/country.
• Develop, implement, and monitor HSSE activities including staff training.
• Coordinate with regional and account teams to deliver HSSE strategic plans.
• Manage HSSE incidents and maintain documentation.
• Monitor audits and ensure corrective actions across sites.
• Oversee contractor safety and permit-to-work processes.
