Job summary

AboitizPower seeks an OSH Specialist in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, to lead Occupational Safety and Health programs and ensure regulatory compliance across operations.

You will manage IMS documentation, conduct hazard identifications, incident investigations, and coordinate with the SHE-ROR Mindanao Team to improve safety performance.

This role emphasizes leadership, rigorous documentation, and collaboration with contractors to uphold SHES standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and DOLE SO3 certification required.
• Minimum 5 years in power generation/engineering/construction.
• Strong knowledge of OSH regulations and Integrated Management System (IMS) standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement and improve OSH programs aligning with IMS and ISO standards.
• Verify document completeness, support audits and management reviews.
• Ensure OSH compliance and LRMS maintenance; act as Safety Officer.
• Lead hazard identification and risk assessments; implement controls.
• Lead incident investigations and emergency preparedness activities.
• Coordinate with ERT and safety trainings.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits; maintain records.
