Job summary

BIPO SERVICE MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking an Integration Consultant / Technical Consultant to implement and integrate HRMS and payroll solutions for clients in the Asia Pacific region.

You will design, develop, and test system-to-system integrations, write SQL queries, and validate APIs using Postman, while collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL, MS SQL Server preferred.
• Experience with API testing and data integration.
• Experience in requirements gathering and functional documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand integration requirements and document specifications.
• Support scoping, gap analysis, and solution design discussions.
• Design, develop, and test system-to-system integrations (API-based, middleware, or flat-file).
• Write and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and validation.
• Use Postman to test APIs and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Collaborate with project managers and consultants throughout delivery.
• Participate in SIT/UAT, defect tracking, and project tooling (Jira/Confluence).
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements.
