Job summary

Darwinbox in Manila, Philippines is seeking a techno-functional consultant to drive end-to-end HRMS implementations and client transformation initiatives.

You will map business processes, design solutions, prepare blueprint documents, train users, and support go-live while coordinating with the product and client teams. This role requires strong English communication, a background in HR systems, and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations across diverse functions.

Qualifications

• Speaks English and Local Language.
• Master’s Degree (preferably in HR) or relevant work experience after bachelor.
• Min 4 years of experience in HR transformation & change management/HCM implementation roles.
• Understanding of Technology systems; HRMS implementation preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Key behavioral traits: Agility, Analytical, Persistence and Ability to stretch.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end implementation of the product with the client from mapping to go-live.
• Analyze business requirements and design solutions for functional scenarios.
• Prepare blueprint documents and functional specifications for client use cases.
• Coordinate with development teams to incorporate client change requests.
• Lead meetings with client and product teams; provide user training and sign-off.
