You will act as the primary client contact, oversee data collection and system specifications, and coordinate integrations with third‑party solutions to achieve accurate, timely go‑lives.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of Philippines payroll implementation or support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine statutory payroll requirements and compliance.
• Proven ability to communicate with C-level executives and business leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead accurate, timely payroll implementations and coordinate with payroll team.
• Serve as primary client contact, managing expectations and providing progress updates.
• Translate client requirements into detailed system specifications and config changes.
• Test, deploy, and support integrations between Darwinbox and third-party solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Philippines payroll laws and global payroll considerations.
