Job summary

Darwinbox is seeking an HCM Functional Consultant to drive end-to-end implementations in a Metro Manila setting. The role focuses on business process mapping, HRMS configuration, and successful go-live transitions for global clients within a fast-growing HR tech platform.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, deliver client-ready demonstrations, and author detailed functional specs while ensuring alignment with project timelines and change management practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Human Resources field preferred.
• Experience delivering end-to-end HCM implementations or HR consulting for global enterprises.
• Strong proficiency in process mapping, UAT, and HRMS configuration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end HCM implementations, from blueprint through go-live and handoff to Customer Success.
• Analyse business requirements and design solutions for functional scenarios with client demonstrations.
• Prepare blueprint documents and functional specifications for client use cases.
