Job summary

Asian Development Bank (ADB) seeks a Human Resource Officer to drive end-to-end planning and oversight for HR Systems and Analytics. Based at ADB Headquarters in Manila, you will coordinate with HRSA, ITD, and business stakeholders to ensure timely, quality delivery and alignment with BPMSD priorities.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in project governance, risk management, and performance reporting, with fluency in English and experience guiding junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field required.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in project/program management, ideally in HR transformation or analytics.
• Experience coordinating complex multi-stakeholder projects in large organizations.
• Proficiency in project planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated project plan for HR systems and analytics workstreams, including milestones and resources.
• Coordinate with workstream leads, HRSA team, ITD, Product Owners, and stakeholders to align priorities and delivery schedules.
• Monitor delivery performance against scope, schedule, and quality; propose corrective actions as needed.
• Support workstream planning, prioritization, sequencing, and resource coordination to align implementation.
