Job summary

Mustard Seed Systems Corporation is seeking a motivated HR Intern currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field. The internship centers on HRIS-related tasks and hands-on experience with employee information, HR records, and data management.

You will assist in updating HRIS data, encoding and validating information, and generating HRIS reports, with opportunities for learning and growth within the HR team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field.
• 3rd or 4th-year student preferred.
• Interested in HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Computer literate and comfortable using spreadsheets and online systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in updating and maintaining employee information in the HRIS.
• Assist encoding, validating, and organizing HR data in the system.

• Identify and report discrepancies or missing information in the system.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining HRIS-related documents and records.
• Provide support in HRIS data management and system-related tasks.
