Manpower Ph is seeking an experienced HRIS Project Manager to drive HR technology projects from requirements to go-live. You will manage enhancements, integrations, and transformations, coordinating HR, IT, vendors, and client stakeholders to deliver value.

The role demands strong HR processes knowledge, client-facing leadership, and the ability to translate requirements into practical HRIS solutions with effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years in HRIS/HCM, HR tech, or related project management.
• Hands-on HRIS understanding including employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience delivering end-to-end HRIS projects and integrations.
• Strong HR processes knowledge and stakeholder interaction skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to translate HR needs into practical HRIS solutions.
• Experience with client-facing project leadership and requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS implementations from requirements through go-live and stabilization.
• Drive enhancements, integrations, and transformations across HR systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including HR, IT, vendors, and clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, explain HRIS concepts clearly, and manage expectations.
• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies; propose practical solutions.
• Capture requirements, design configurations, test, and validate deliverables.
