Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in HR operations, HR Shared Services, HRIS support.
• Familiarity with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of core HR processes and employee, organizational, job and compensation data.
• Strong data-validation, problem-solving and Excel skills.
• Clear English communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to colleagues, HR teams and stakeholders using HR systems.
• Resolve routine HR systems and data issues within Tier 1 scope.
• Support scheduled HR transactions and data-maintenance activities.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies affecting HR data.
• Escalate complex issues per procedures.
• Contribute to knowledge articles, SOPs and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with HRIS, Process Owners and SMEs to improve service delivery.
