Job summary

White & Case LLP is seeking a People Project Manager in Manila to lead complex HRIS and People systems initiatives. You will guide initiatives from initiation through implementation, partnering with sponsors, technology partners, and vendors to achieve measurable outcomes while safeguarding employee data privacy.

You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, and resources across HR, payroll, benefits, learning, and analytics, ensuring governance and effective change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent is strongly preferred.
• Experience with HRIS or People systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex People systems projects from initiation through closure.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across HRIS, payroll, learning, analytics and security.
• Partner with sponsors and vendors to define objectives, scope, and governance.
• Translate requirements into structured project plans and milestones.
• Maintain project governance, risk and change control processes.
• Provide timely reporting on status, risks and financials.
