The role collaborates with HR, Finance, IT, and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and efficiency of HR data. The successful candidate will lead HRIS management, data analysis, reporting, governance, and cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, international environment, using Power BI/Tableau and SQL to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
3–5 years of relevant HRIS, HR analytics, or people analytics experience.
Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and HR data management.
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights.
Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL knowledge.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

HRIS management, data analysis, reporting, and governance.
Develop data models and dashboards to provide actionable insights for HR and management.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
Automate recurring HR reports and improve data quality and governance.
Support workforce planning, turnover analysis, and cost reporting.
Lead data-driven projects and provide training on HRIS functionality.
