Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced HRIS Project Manager to lead HR technology projects from requirements through go-live. You will work directly with clients, translate HR processes into practical HRIS solutions, and drive implementations, enhancements, integrations, and transformations.

The role requires 3–5 years in HRIS/HCM and strong stakeholder management to deliver on time and within scope, across data, payroll, benefits, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum aBachelor’s degree in IT, CS, SE, IS, Business, HR, or PM.
• 3–5 years in HRIS/HCM, HR technology or related field.
• Hands-on HRIS knowledge and employee lifecycle understanding.
• Experience leading end-to-end HRIS implementations or migrations.
• Strong HR process knowledge across data, payroll, benefits, and reporting.

We are looking for an experienced HRIS Project Manager to join our team and drive successful HR technology projects, implementations, enhancements, integrations, and transformations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in HRIS/HCM, HR technology, project management, systems implementation, consulting, or a related field.
• Strong hands‑on exposure to HRIS/HCM systems and a deep understanding of how HRIS solutions support HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
• Experience managing or participating in end‑to‑end HRIS implementation, enhancement, integration, migration, transformation, or system delivery projects.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle, including employee data, recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, payroll, benefits, performance, reporting, and related HR operations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to translate HR and client requirements into practical HRIS solutions and actionable project deliverables.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and explain HRIS concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience working with clients or business stakeholders on requirements, solution discussions, issue resolution, negotiations, project delivery, and implementation decisions.
