Job summary

iRhythm Technologies, a leading digital healthcare company, is hiring for an HRIS Lead to optimize Workday and other HR systems in Manila. You will collaborate with global stakeholders and drive scalable technology solutions to support Time Tracking, Scheduling, Core HCM, and more.

With 8+ years of HRIS/Workday experience, you will lead complex projects, develop advanced reports, and mentor analysts while upholding data governance and best practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience administering enterprise HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex HR technology projects, implementations, and system enhancements.
• Experience supporting HR processes such as Time Tracking, Scheduling, Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday and other HR technology solutions for Time Tracking, Scheduling, and cross-functional support.
• Manage complex HRIS projects, including system implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and releases.
• Serve as a functional and technical subject matter expert for assigned HR modules and business processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess impacts, and design scalable technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics for workforce planning and decision-making.
• Drive data governance by auditing data quality and implementing controls for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate system testing activities (unit, regression, UAT) for new functionality and releases.
• Support system integrations and troubleshoot technical challenges.

About This Role:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday and other HR technology solutions to support evolving business requirements particularly for Time Tracking, Scheduling and cross-functional support
• Manage complex HRIS projects, including system implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and release activities.
• Serve as a functional and technical subject matter expert for assigned HR modules and business processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess impacts, and design scalable technology solutions that improve operational effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics that support strategic workforce and business decision-making.
• Drive data governance initiatives by performing audits, monitoring data quality, and implementing controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate system testing activities, including unit testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing for new functionality and releases.
• Support system integrations, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve technical challenges.
• Create and maintain process documentation, system procedures, training materials, and knowledge resources.
• Mentor and provide guidance to HRIS analysts and project team members while promoting HR technology best practices and continuous improvement.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience administering enterprise HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex HR technology projects, implementations, and system enhancements.
• Experience supporting HR processes such as Time Tracking and Scheduling, Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, or related functions.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a global or multi-business-unit environment.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, analytics, and data-driven solutions.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Advanced knowledge of HRIS administration, configuration, and business process design.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and technical specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex data and identify root causes.
• Proficiency in developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using HR technology platforms.
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor team members, facilitate knowledge sharing, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
