Beyond Innovations Inc. is seeking a capable Learning & Development and Organization Development professional to lead HR initiatives.
You will analyze skill gaps, design curricula for soft and technical skills, onboard new hires with a strong culture focus, and manage the training budget while coordinating with external vendors. You will also drive Employee Engagement, update organizational charts, lead HiPo succession planning, and support performance management and IDP creation for
1. Learning & Development (L&D)
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across all departments to identify skill gaps.
Develop internal training curricula for "Soft Skills" (Leadership, Communication) and "Technical Skills" (System training like Yahshua/BC/Store App,etc.).
Onboard new hires through a comprehensive Culture & Values Orientation.
Manage the training budget and coordinate with external vendors for specialized certifications.
2. Organization Development (OD)
Design and implement Employee Engagement activities (e.g., Thanksgiving parties, holiday celebrations, and team-building retreats, etc.).
Review and update Organizational Charts and Job Descriptions to ensure departmental alignment.
Lead the Succession Planning program to identify and "high potential" (HiPo) employees for future leadership roles.
Facilitate Culture-Building workshops to reinforce company values and improve employee retention.
3. Performance & Talent Management
Administer the annual and mid-year performance review process.
Assist managers in creating Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for their subordinates.
Analyze turnover data and exit interview trends to recommend improvements in employee experience.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Business Administration.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year specializing in Training and OD at a supervisory level.
A. Core Competencies
Instructional Design: Proficiency in creating training modules using models like ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation).
Facilitation & Presentation: The ability to command a room and deliver complex information in an engaging, easy-to-understand Taglish/English format.
Strategic OD Planning: Understanding how to align training goals with the company’s 5-year business objectives.
Performance Management: Expertise in managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the annual performance appraisal cycle.
Data Analytics: Ability to measure the "Return on Investment" (ROI) of training programs through post-training assessments and productivity metrics.

Visionary Thinking: Can see the "future state" of the company and build the roadmap to get there.
Empathy & Active Listening: Essential for understanding employee frustrations and turning them into engagement opportunities.
Agility: Ability to quickly pivot training topics based on changing market or retail demands.
